Operation Guide:
Press the switch to turn on the light, press again to turn off the light
Press and hold the switch for more than 1s to cycle through the brightness level ( low, medium, high )
Press and hold the switch for 3s to enter lockout mode
When locked, press and hold the switch for 3s to unlock and enter into the low light mode
