Huawei P20 To Come With Enhanced Low-Light Shooting and Anti-Shake Features
The next-gen Huawei flagship is going to be uncovered in a few weeks. This is not a secret anymore. The company will hold a conference on March 27 in Paris, France. Seems we have seen everything concerning the Huawei P20. But there are some features we should pay more attention. Of course, it’s the AI camera. But what this means and what features this technology brings. Huawei’s slogan for this flagship is ‘See mooore with AI’. Those three ‘o’s refer to the tri-camera module. Seems everything is clear, but it’s not so.
Today, the company’s official channel posted the following phrase ‘Get out of the bondage and open the photographic freestyle’. Moreover, Richard Yu, Huawei CEO added a question in the comments section asking ‘Can’t shoot a good photo without using a tripod?’ All these questions, comments, posts cause a single question – the Huawei P20 will come with major upgrades for the night shooting and anti-shake features?
Earlier, we have heard the Huawei P20 will provide way better low-light shooting. Now it turns out, the phone will also come with enhanced anti-shake features. Currently, there are two main technologies named OIS and EIS. So with these questions, Huawei may hint something new.
Well, even if take this as a new feature that will come our way from the Huawei P20, it causes another question. We know there will be three versions of the phone – the regular variant, the P20 Pro, and P20 Lite. They all will sport a bangs screen. But on the back, the camera sensors’ amount will differ. Only the Pro variant will come with three camera lenses. Plus, it will be using a 12MP color lens + 16MP black and white lens + 16MP telephoto lens. The aperture is f/1.8. So will this affect the aforementioned features?
Earlier we have heard the phone will support OIS. But we also have to remember the Huawei P20 will be packed with the Kirin 970 that is the world’s first mobile chip with NPU. So maybe the new camera features are related to AI?
