Notice on the return and after-sales services

Dear Customers
The following is our company’s latest notice on the return and after-sales services of ordered items:
II.Return Policy:
1. 100 % Return Guarantee:
(1) If buyer returns the item through couriers of his own choice, he should cover the shipping fee and pay the warehouse operation fee of 8 euros.
(2) If buyer returns the item through couriers designated by us, he should pay the shipping fee according to our quotation .
2. Buyer returns the item due to quality issues:
(1) If buyer returns the item through couriers of his own choice, the shipping fee will not be subsidized.
(2) If buyer returns the item through couriers designated by us: we will cover shipping fee in case of parcel drop-off; In the case of courier pick-up, buyer should cover the pick-up service fee and the shipping fee will be covered by us. The fee standard of pick-up service is subject to our quotation (PS: pickup service fee may vary among countries).
3. For Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland and Italy, only door-to-door pick-up is available. Please inform the buyer before he places an order.
4, For Romania and Bulgaria, additional shipping fee of 35 euros will be charged with the order and no return service is available. Please inform the buyer before he places an order.
5. For Croatia and Serbia, additional shipping fee of 70 euros will be charged with the order and no return service is available. Please inform the buyer before he places an order.
6. In case of courier pick-up for returned item, the buyer shall provide the accurate pick-up date and address 1 working day in advance, and prepare the item and accessories to be returned (for EU or non-EU countries, no matter whether the pick-up is successful, pickup service fee will be charged based on the number of visits).
7. When the buyer needs to return the item,and changes any information after the return order is generated, an order modification fee will be charged. The fee standard for re-issuing the return order is: shipping fee + order modification fee (15 euros / time) (PS: different countries are subject to different shipping fee standards).

III After-sales Policy:
1. To enjoy the 100 % Return Guarantee, the buyer shall apply for return within 7 days from the date of receipt, and there should be no obvious trace of use affecting the secondary sales (the buyer needs to attach photos). Any item returned after 7 days will not be eligible for the 100 % Return Guarantee.
2. The buyer shall return the item within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the return order, and we shall have the right to cancel the service if the item is returned after 3 days.
3. In case of pick-up for the returned item, the buyer shall arrange the express company to pick it up within 3 days from the date of receipt of the return order, and the return service will be canceled if the item is not picked up within 3 days; if the buyer has no such flexible time, it is suggested to use the self-delivery networks to return the item.
4. Products with quality issues can be returned for free within 14 days after purchase; for Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland and Italy, only door-to-door pick-up is allowed. The shipping fee will be borne by us and the buyer shall bear the door-to-door service fee; for Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia and Serbia, return service is not available.
5. If free accessories and compensation have been given to the buyer, he shall be deemed to have accepted the maintenance-related risks. Return will not be available in this case. Buyer is adviced to read the compensation clause carefully.
