1. What is the difference between Power3S charging ports & Standard charging ports?
Power3S ports are multi protocol and capable of charging any device at full speed. Standard ports have one protocol and can only
charge specific devices at full speed. With Power3S you don’t need a different charger for your Apple and Android device, it can
fast charge both.
2. Why is my device not charging when connected to the BW-S2?
A. Check that your device is USB-powered, has an input current of less than 2.4A and a voltage input of 5V.
B. Check that the power cord is connected to an active wall outlet and is also securely connected to the BW-S2.
C. Check that the charging cable is properly connected to one of the BW-S2’s Power3S ports and is also properly connected to your
device.
D. Inspect the charging cable for damage.
3. How do I check the input current and voltage of my device?
Please refer to your device’s user manual, original OEM charging adapter, or contact the manufacturer to determine this information.
4. My device is rated to charge at 1A, will the BW-S2’s 2.4A output damage my device?
No, the BW-S2 will detect your device and provide 1A. Power3S technology ensures your device will only receive the current your
device requires.
5. Will my device fast charge at 2.4A?
Although the BW-S2 can supply 2.4A, the actual charging current is dependent on the capability of your device; please check your
device’s user manual for more details on its rated charging current(A).
6. Why is only one port on the BW-S2 working?
If a port is not functioning properly, it may be because your device has triggered the protective internal safety switch.
To reset the switch, unplug all the cables ( including the power cable ) for five seconds and try again.
