Elephone C1 vs Ulefone Tiger Design, Hardware, Features, Battery Review

With the launch of many devices in the market the smartphone brands are engaging in a feature and specification warfare. The past few launches we saw phones like the Huawei Nova, iPhone 7 to Google Pixel, the smartphone market was never better. Although these were renowned names, but there are some equally fabulous phones that may have missed your attention like the Elephone C1 and Ulefone Tiger. Lets see what both of them have to offer.

DESIGN

The smartphones these days are having great designs, attention to details is being given more and more with every new phone. Both the Elephone C1and the Ulefone Tiger have metyal bodies that made to sturdy and look gorgeous. The C1 has been given a sand blasted aluminum finish while the  Tiger has a brushed aluminum finish. Both have similar arrangement of fingerprint sensors at the back. The Ulefone Tiger has a slight nudge near the camera which suits it quite well also it has 2.5D glass in front. Overall the both the phone don’t have much differences in the design, both are well built with sophisticated design processes. However the Elephone comes in a very attractive Blue finish which you wont get in Ulefone Tiger,

HARDWARE

Coming to the hardware part both the phones come with some similar specifications :

  • 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU
  • 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, expandable memory with microSD
  • 8MP rear camera LED flash

The Ulefone comes with a 5 MP front facing camera while the Elephone comes with a 2MP

Both the phones have pretty similar specs as you can see above, hence if you are confused between which one to buy, only looking at hardware performance both are equal contenders here.

FEATURES

In terms of features the phones come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow installed. You will get all the host of sensors like the proximity, ambient light sensor, gyroscopic sensors in both of them. Both have ultra fast unlocking fingerprint sensors.


BATTERY

The battery of the device is very big concern these days. Well if you wanted distinguishing feature in these phones then this would be it. The Elephone C1 has 2870mAh battery, while on the other side the Ulefone Tiger has a humongous 4200mAh battery. Also the Ulefone will give you 2 days of battery backup as the company says.

Now coming to the last and the best part the prices of these phones, Elephone is priced $100 and the Ulefone Tiger is priced for $110, both are very capable gorgeous looking phones, but if you want a long lasting battery then Ulefone Tiger is the choice. But if you want to spare some amount and are tight on budget then Elephone C1 is a good pick.
