Honor 10 Youth Edition Opened Appointment at Jingdong

The Honor 10 is one of the most successful smartphones of Huawei’s e-brand. Its modified version is already ready to go on sale. The Honor 10 Youth Edition has already passed through TENAA. This means it will hit the market soon. It’s going to be released on November 21 in Beijing. But before it, today, Jingdong has opened an appointment. Though this doesn’t reveal the phone’s specs list, the official photo showcases the real look of the handset.

Honor 10 Youth Edition

Previously, we only got a genuine information from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. According to the MIIT photos, the Honor 10 Youth Edition looks like the Honor 8C, but the texture is more abundant. This is mainly due to the use of the Honor 10-like aurora color design. At the same time, the phone uses a gradient back panel.

Unfortunately, the Jingdong page doesn’t disclose its specs list. But according to the previous leaks, the Honor 10 Youth Edition will feature a rear dual-camera design and is equipped with a rear fingerprint recognition module. The logo of the ‘AI Camera’ is vertically aligned with the Honor logo, located on the left side of the back.

Even if the brightness of the photo is relatively low, we can still see that the front camera is at the center of the upper part, and above there is the micro-slit earpiece. So it’s quite possible Honor will use the ‘pearl screen’ design, previously announced by Honor. From the side, the back glass cover of the Honor 10 Youth Edition is curved, which makes it even better in terms of ergonomics.

In terms of hardware, the original Honor 10 was packed with a Kirin 970 chip. And as the Honor 10 Youth Edition is assumed to be positioned in the mid-range market, most likely, it won’t be packed with the Huawei’s latest chip of the Kirin 980. Instead, it may come with a Kirin 710.
