Today, the company announced its next sports watch dubbed as the Huawei Watch GT. It is priced at 1288 yuan ($185). There is also a fashion model, coming at 1488 yuan ($214). This smartwatch will go on sale on November 11.

According to the official introduction, the Huawei Watch GT smartwatch has a slim design with a thickness of only 11.8mm, which is thinner than the 13mm of the Apple Watch Series 4.

The Huawei Watch GT features a classic double crown with a 316L stainless steel and ceramic bezel. Both models have a waterproof rating of 5ATM and a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 454x454px.

Based on Huawei’s proprietary platform (not Google’s Wear OS), the Huawei Watch GT is built around the Cortex-M4 chipset with low power and high power processors. It is equipped with the Snapdragon Wear2500 processor developed by Qualcomm for children’s watches, which is more powerful and consumes less power than the previous generation.
