Huawei Mate 20 X 5G Version Announced For Chinese Market

On the afternoon of July 26, Huawei’s 5G dual-mode smartphone Mate 20 X 5G version was officially released, priced at 6199 yuan (8GB + 256GB).

The Huawei Mate 20 X 5G version is equipped with Kirin 980+ Barong 5000 dual 7nm chip module. According to the official introduction, Baron 5000 is the first to achieve the industry’s benchmark 5G peak download rate of 4.6Gbps in the sub-6GHz band and 6.5Gbps in the millimeter-wave frequency band. This is 10 times the experience rate of 4G LTE.

This handset is also the first to commercially support SA/NSA 5G dual-mode. It has won the world’s first GCF (Global Certification Forum) 5G capability certification.

In addition to the 5G module, the other configurations are basically the same as those of the Huawei Mate 20 X. Thus, it comes with the 7.2-inch panoramic giant screen, the Kirin 980 chip, and the rear triple camera. On the photographic unity, the Huawei Mate20 X 5G gets a trio of cameras on its rear panel: a 40 MP main f/1.8 shooter, 20 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide cam, and 8 MP f/2.4 5x optical zoom telephoto lens. while it retains same 34MP front camera on the 4G version. However, the battery is different. Its capacity is reduced from 5000mAh to 4200mAh, but the fast charge is upgraded from 22.5W to 40W super-fast charge (70% charge in 30 minutes).

The Huawei Mate 20X 5G version opened the appointment at 16:08 on the afternoon of July 26, and will officially go on sale at 10:08 on August 16.
