Huawei Nova 3 and Huawei Talkband B5 Went on Pre-Sale
A few days ago, Huawei officially announced the Huawei Nova 3 on Weibo. Today, the phone officially went on presale on major e-commerce platforms. In addition, it was said the handset will debut on July 18 and will ship on July 20.
Apart from the news concerning the pre-ordering, the manufacturer also revealed some information about the configuration of the Huawei Nova 3. It turns out our protagonist sports Kirin 970 processor, paired with a 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage space. There is also a 6.3-inch notch LCD screen with a resolution of 2340 × 1080, a front camera of 24MP, a rear camera of 24MP + 16MP, a built-in 3750mAh capacity battery, supporting 18W fast charging technology, and a Type-C interface.
In terms of appearance, the Huawei Nova 3 adopts almost the same design as the Huawei Nova 3e released previously. Thus, it adopts the rear-view vertical dual-camera and the bangs screen design. There are three color options to choose from – blue, gold, and twilight. Among them, the former and latter color options are identical to the Huawei P20 series.
What’s more surprising, today, the manufacturer also announced the Huawei Talkband B5 went on pre-sale as well. As you guess, its specs list was completely disclosed as well.
As for appearance, the Huawei Talkband B5 comes with new stainless steel straps, ordinary leather straps, and metal straps. As for color options, there are glacier gray, rhythm black, and Mocha Brown. This smartband follows the design of the previous B series bracelets, coming with a body and a wristband.
On the front, the Huawei Talkband B5 uses a 1.13-inch touchable AMOLED color screen, with a 2.5D arc surface. The display area is 2.4 times larger than that of the previous generation. It can display SMS and other news. On the opposite side, it carries a heart rate sensor. But apart from it, there is a sports mode, message / sedentary reminder, smart / transaction alarm clock, remote control camera, find the phone, etc. It is compatible with Android 4.4 and higher.
The next selling point of the Huawei Talkban B5 is that it can be used as a separate Bluetooth headset. There is a built-in three-core audio chip to achieve high-definition voice calls and dual MIC noise reduction. Thanks to the color screen, it can also view the call record, and answer/hang up the phone calls.
In addition, the Huawei Talkband B5 sports a built-in 108mAh battery, a Micro USB charging interface, and IP57 waterproof rating.
