On July 18, Huawei released a new generation of high-profile flagship named the Huawei Nova 3 in Shenzhen. For the first time, it was equipped with four cameras, placed on the back and on the front. The Huawei Nova 3 continues the fashion ID design style of the previous two generations. As we said, it has four color combinations of light blue, primrose gold, bright black, and purple. The latter is also known as Nebula and it is identical to the P20 series.

According to Huawei, the color of the phone is derived from nature and art. All four colors are inspired by nature and express youthful vitality. The new 3D hyperboloid glass is also upgraded. It adopts a 3.55mm narrow frame and weighs only 165g. The screen size is 6.3 inches and it has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. At the same time, the screen and the border have no color difference.

In terms of hardware, the Huawei Nova 3 uses the flagship Kirin 970 processor (NPU AI acceleration), 6GB memory, 128GB storage (expandable up to maximum 256GB), 3750mAh battery, and USB Type-C interface. But the company didn’t remove the 3.5mm audio jack, which is located on the top.

The front camera combines a 24MP (color) and a 2MP (color) sensors with a F/2.0 aperture.
