1. Other Laser machine laser power is 10W even higher, why LaserPecker L2 laser power is only 5W?

At present, the maximum output power of a single laser head on the market just 5W, because a higher output may cause engraving material catches fire. Other laser machines have higher output power simply because they combine multiple laser heads together, this may affect the safety of use.

The laser power of LaserPecker L2 is 60W, the actual laser output power is 5W, the actual engraving effect can be the same as of 15W machine.

2. Can the LP2 Laser Engraver engrave metal?

LP2 can engrave alloys such as Lacquered Metal, Anodised Aluminium, 304 Stainless Steel (non-reflective).

Pure metals such as pure gold, pure silver, pure copper, etc. cannot be engraved due to wavelength. If you need to engrave pure metal, it is recommended to choose LP3.

3. What is the maximum thickness of material that the machine can cut?

LP2 can cut up to 5mm board, you need to properly increase the engraving power and depth in the app, and set the work times to 3.

Please do not make the cut all at once, as that may burn the edges of the material and affect the effect.
