LG Judy To Be The Company’s Next Flagship Powered By Snapdragon 845

Seems LG has revised its strategy in the smartphones market. In early 2017, the company launched a flagship device named the LG G6. It was running on a Snapdragon 821 chip, which was considered as the best SoC in the high-end market. Later its competitors in face of Sony, Samsung, and other manufacturers launched Snapdragon 835-powered models, but LG was quiet. As for now, we know there will be several top-notch smartphones packed with a Snapdragon 845 chip announced at MWC 2018. But LG will be among them as well. But it won’t be called the LG G7, as assumed. This phone should be called the LG Judy.

LG will participate the MWC 2018 later this month. According to news, it will announce a high-end smartphone with AI. The same sources prove thus handset will be the enhanced version of LG V30. And what’s more interesting, it will be equipped with a Snapdragon 845 chip. Thus the LG flagship is going to compete with the toppest-end models.

The LG Judy is said to release in June. Though the sources claim it won’t continue carrying the G letter in the naming, we are sure the Judy is the codename only. Anyway, regardless the name it will come with, the LG Judy is said to sport a 6.1-inch Full HD full-screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Of course, it will be using the LG’s latest M LCD+ panel with an RGBW pixel arrangement, HDR10 support, and the maximum brightness of 800 nits. Plus, in comparison to the IPS displays, the power consumption reduced by 35%. On the back, it should carry a 16MP dual-camera with an astonishing f/1.6 aperture. Finally, the LG Judy is said to come with a glass body, IP68 rate, and dual-stereo speakers.
