Meizu Note 8 Poster Reveals the Launch Date of October 25

Yesterday, Meizu official brought a new warm-up poster with the words ‘See you tomorrow’ and unveiled the ‘National Camera Phone’ on a huge Arabic number ‘8’.

This morning, Meizu officially announced the new phone known as the ‘national camera phone’ is the Meizu Note 8. The new product launch conference will be held in Beijing Performing Arts Center on October 25. As you remember, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 is set to be released on the same date in the same city. So is this a coincidence or not?

The emergence of Meizu Note 8 also confirmed the rumor that the Charm Blue brand was cut off. Though the manufacturer has managed to launch a few models from this line in the first half of this year, seems they were the last ones.

In combination with Meizu’s previously released products, the Meizu Note 8 may use the IMX 362/IMX 363 sensor with a single pixel of 1.4μm or the IMX 380 sensor used by the Meizu 16X/Meizu 16th series.

Earlier, in GeekBench, a mysterious model appeared with a model number of M1822. Undoubtedly, it’s a new Meizu phone, which uses an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with a frequency of 1.84GHz and 4GB RAM. It also runs on Android 8.1 system. Many users are sure it’s the upcoming Meizu Note 8. Moreover, previously, we have heard the Meizu Note 8 will be packed with a Snapdragon 660 chip. The information coming our way from GeekBench confirms this.

The complete specs list of the forthcoming Meizu Note 8 is said to include the following features: a 6.0-inch 2160×1080 full-screen with an aspect ratio of 18:9, a 64GB of storage, a rear 12MP + 8MP dual-camera, an 8MP front camera, and a 3500mAh battery supporting an 18W fast charge.
