Nokia 7 Plus Leaked On A First Hands-on Photo

When Nokia was making smartphones running on Windows Phone OS, many predicted its upcoming collapse. The company didn’t listen to those predictions, and we saw what happened. Though the manufacturer spent too much on design and really designed worthy models, the developers decided not to spend their time on making apps and games for this platform. Later the company switched to Android, but the offered models were not attractive. Now, most of Nokia handsets can be compared with the top brands. So it’s not accidental to see the astonishing sales results for the Q4, 2017. The company is going to continue implementing this strategy. The next warrior that is going to win struggles for the company is the Nokia 7 Plus. Yesterday, we were talking about a leaked promo photo of the device. Today, it’s been leaked in a real hands-on photo.

Nokia 7 Plus

The Nokia 7 Plus is going to fight in the super mid-range niche, which is led by the Xiaomi Mi Note 3, OPPO R11s, VIVO X20, and Smartisan Nut Pro 2. As you guess, it will sport a Snapdragon 660 chip, which is capable of providing an incredible performance identical to the Snapdragon 821, a former top-end chip. Apart from this, the Nokia 7 Plus is said to come with a 6-inch Full HD+ resolution screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio, while the RAM is 4GB and the ROM is 64GB. The phone will be Google’s Android One program model, so it will run on pure Android.

An early spotted photo showcased the phone will be using a dual-camera on the back. There was also a fingerprint scanner, which hinted at an ‘outdated’ identification system. But the leaked photos also show there is a fingerprint icon on the screen in the lower part. It is identical to the VIVO X20 Plus UD’s technology. So will it be using the newest technology? This handset will be uncovered at MWC 2018. So we’ll learn it in a few days.
