OnePlus 6’s GeekBench Results Are Shocking

Last year, all top brands launched many flagships packed with powerful hardware. Most of them were equipped with the Snapdragon 835 chip. Probably, only Huawei relied on its own Kirin chips. Among them, the OnePlus 5T was the best in terms of performance. All benchmarks it was tested in showed the highest results. The next-gen OnePlus 6 is going to hit the market soon (in summer). It will sport the Snapdragon 845 chip, undoubtedly. But will it provide the best performance again? Seems, yes!

Today, a screenshot leaked showing the upcoming OnePlus 6 scores 2535 points at a single-core test and 8632 points at a multi-core test. Thus, this is for the first time when a Snapdragon 845-powered smartphone scores over 2500 points.

There are not many smartphones with this chip yet. It’s related to the high price tag of the SoC. At this moment, we can call only two models in face of the Samsung Galaxy S9 and the newly announced Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S. But their results are around 2400 points. Moreover, the leaked screenshot refers to the 6GB variant, while we are sure there will be an 8GB model as well. Therefore, the scores will be higher. So we can state the optimization at OnePlus models at the highest level. The OnePlus 6 is no exception.

Apart from this, it’s said the OP6 will be using a 6.28-inch full-screen with a notch like the iPhone X. The screen proportion should reach 90%. Thus it will be one of the most real full-screen handsets and make competition to the rest of models available in the market.
