Review of Meizu M5 Note VS Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Design, Antutu, Camera, Battery with Coupon

Recently, Meizu released the new smartphone, Meizu M5 Note which claims the king of budget 200usd smartphones. Previously, when Xiaomi released Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, and also claims the same slogan. Specs Comparison

According to specs comparison, Redmi Note 4 and Meizu M5 Note have the similar price, but different in processor, battery, OS, color, etc. But in screen, storage, camera, and network they have no big difference.

Design

In design, Meizu M5 Note and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 both use all metal body and similar dimensions, they are different in thickness, color, design elements, etc.

Meizu smartphone designs more mature, continuing the design of Meizu M3E with CNC all metal design, 2.5D curved screen on the front, the port on the screen uses symmetrical design, the bottom uses the classic mBack Home button to support fingerprint scanner.

Redmi Note 4 also comes with 2.5D curved glass design, and the ports also in symmetrical design, but there is not fingerprint scanner on the home button, it uses the traditional three virtual button, the front design is not as ripe as Meizu M5 Note.

Redmi Note 4 uses the similar 9 series CNC diamond cutting all metal back cover, nano-injection molding process, the fingerprint scanner is located on the back, it has grey, silver white and golden color with nice grip feeling and visual effect.

Therefore, in terms of appearance, Meizu M5 Note looks more ripe than Redmi Note 4, the main advantage is the classic fingerprint scanner on the Home button, and it has beautiful semi-circular line and thinner body, more various colors. Meizu M5 Note wins Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 in appearance.

Screen and Performance

Meizu M5 Note and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 both have 5.5 inch 1080P screen, 450nit screen brightness, 403ppi, but as for contrast, Meizu M5 Note has 1500: 1, but Redmi Note 4 only has 1000:1, in terms of screen specification, Meizu smartphone has a little more advantages than Xiaomi Redmi note 4.

In performance, the processor decides the good and bad of a smartphone, Redmi Note 4 is equipped with Helio X20 Deca core processor, the performance is better than Meizu M5 Note with Helio P10 Octa core processor, so let’s test them by Antutu score.
