Review of the JJRC H36 MINI RC Quadcopter with 6Axis Gyro and Headless Mode (Real photos and video presentation inside)

During Black Friday many eshop had various mobiles and gadgets in very good prices. One of my orders during that period was the JJRC H36 MINI RC Quadcopter from Geekbuying, where I found it at a really very good price. From what I see, you can still find it at a very good price, almost as it was during Black Friday. So let us have a good look at what came to me from Geekbuying.

Package

The JJRC H36 mini Quadcopter came to me with registered Air Mail in 16 days. This is a very very good time for sending something from China to Greece. The package came well protected in the usual bubble protective sheets. I have to admit that at Geekbuying they know their work in protection. Opening the package came across the main box of the quadcopter. A beautiful box with images of the drone in both version on each side.

Inside it I found the drone itself, the remote controller, extra propellers and because I had ordered and extra propellers and plastic body in the remote case something happen to the original, and they where inside the box, a manual written in English and the USB cable charger.

Design

The JJRC H36 mini Quadcopter comes in two color version, one blue which I bought and one grey. The Quadcopter is made out of light plastic and everything on it can be changed. The quadcopter is very light and weights only 22.5 grams and with dimensions 9.5 x 9.5 x 5cm. The remote controller has the same colors with the drone. It’s the usual remote controller with the extra button at the front for the extra functions that the drone has. You can find detailed explanations in a image here or in the manual.

Features

The JJRC H36 mini Quadcopter uses the 2.4GHz frequency for control and has 4 channels and 6 Gyro axis. The H36 might be small but has some very good features like 3D rollover, Headless Mode, One Key Automatic return, Sideward flight, Speed up. I’m not a keen drone flightier and this drone is perfect for beginners. What I really like is the plastic protective around the propellers that protects from hit against the wall or other objects.

Battery

The JJRC H36 mini Quadcopter is equipped with a 3.7V 150mAh Lipo battery. It needs about 30-50 minutes in order to fully charge and can fly about 5-6 minutes. The control distance of the remote is about 30 meters and you must place in the remote 2 AA batteries to function.

The JJRC H36 mini Quadcopter is a really nice quadcopter. I really liked the protection that has the drone for its propellers, so even a beginner like me can fly it without worrying that might brake the drone. The drone of course is and for more experienced users, since it has many features that you can use. The quadcopter you can get it at Geekbuying for only 14.99$ or with an extra battery you can get it for only 15.99$ or you can buy a combo of the quadcopter for only 49.99$.
