Samsung Galaxy A10s Entry-Level Smartphone Landed in India

As GSMArena reports, the Samsung Galaxy A10s smartphone officially landed in the Indian market. It’s priced at INR 9,499 ($130/€120) for the 2GB/32GB model and INR 10,499 ($145/€130) for the 3GB/32GB version

The source also says the Samsung Galaxy A10s will be available in the Indian market on August 28 and can be purchased on Samsung’s official website as well as mainstream online and offline stores in India.

Samsung Galaxy A10s

This is a low-end handset that is going to beat all of its competitors manufactured by Xiaomi, VIVO, and OPPO. So it’s logical to see mainstream and useful features. Say, it comes in three colors: black, blue and green. If the former color is the most common option; the blue is Samsung’s color in some sense; the green is something new. But we should admit it’s the color of this year.

Under the hood, this handset is equipped with the MediaTek P22 processor. And if it’s not the best solution, the screen has a size of 6.2 inches and uses IPS Infinity-V solution with a resolution of 1520×720.

The front-facing camera of the phone has an 8MP resolution, while on the back, it carries a dual-camera with a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel sensors combination.

According to the FCC document, the Samsung Galaxy A10s is Samsung’s second ODM smartphone, and the manufacturer is Jiaxing Yongrui Electronic Technology. As the reports show, Samsung will produce most of the entry-level models through ODMs, hoping to expand sales in the Indian market as well as in Southeast Asia.

P.S. Low-cost entry-level smartphones are popular in these markets, but the competition is fierce.
