This also means the new VIVO X21i A will be packed with a MediaTek Helio P60 chip based on TSMC’s 12nm process node and it will use an octa-core design. There are four A73 large cores and four A53 small cores with a maximum frequency of 2.0GHz. The processor is also paired with a Mali-G72 MP3 graphics card with a maximum frequency of 800MHz. In addition, the operating memory supports up to 1800 MHz LPDDR4X, and the flash memory supports up to UFS2.1.

As the selling point of this smartphone is the Helio P60 and its intelligent features, it is worth mentioning that the SoC brings the NeuroPilot AI technology to smartphones for the first time and integrates the AAI (AI processing unit) of the Edge AI platform. In addition, MediaTek also provides developers with a common set of AI frameworks, including Google’s TensorFlow and MediaTek’s NeuroPilot, which allows them to quickly and easily bring innovative AI applications to market.
