VIVO Z5x Officially Released, Starting at 1398 yuan ($203)
On May 24, the VIVO Z5x was officially released. Its 4GB+64GB version is available at 1398 yuan ($203); the 6GB+64GB variant is available at 1498 yuan ($217); the 6GB+128GB is at 1698 yuan ($246); and the 8GB+128GB model costs 1998 yuan ($289).
The VIVO Z5x is equipped with a 6.53-inch punch-hole screen with a resolution of 2340×1080 and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. With a 4.59mm ultra-small aperture and a narrow frame of around 1.76mm and a 90.77% ultra-high screen ratio, it will eventually bring a full-screen performance.
The VIVO Z5x uses the Super Black plating on the front camera. In addition, the speaker and the proximity sensor are hidden in the micro slit at the top of the screen, while the photo sensor is hidden under the screen. In the end, the front side of the screen is completely integrated.
The flow of light on the back of the phone, adhering to the natural and transcendental color aesthetics, makes the whole phone look like a piece of art. Also, it is available in night black, phantom black, and Aurora three color options.
As for the performance, the VIVO Z5x is packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710, UFS2.1 flash storage, an LPDDR4x memory standard, up to 8GB +128GB memory combination, VIVO’s Multi-Turbo, support, including Center Turbo, AI Turbo, Net Turbo, Cooling Turbo, and Game Turbo.
The VIVO Z5x uses the AI super wide-angle three-camera solution, with a 16-megapixel main camera, a 2-megapixel depth-of-field camera, and a 120° super wide-angle lens.
However, endurance is a highlight of this phone. It is equipped with a 5000mAh large-capacity battery. The overall battery life is more than 50% compared with the Z3. It also supports reverse charging function. Thus, the Z5x can charge Bluetooth headsets, smart bracelets, and other devices.
