Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Coming on October 23

Recently, a photo of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology suspected of the second generation Black Shark phone. But when looking for a certain information inside the site, we can’t find anything referring to this handset.  However, last week, Weibo users exposed a real video that was assumed to showcase the Xiaomi Black Shark 2. So there was every reason to think this device is real and ready to be launched.

This morning, Peter, the CEO of Nanchang Black Shark Technology Co., Ltd., announced a new poster for the Black Shark 2 phone on his personal Weibo channel and said they will hold a press conference in Beijing on October 23 at 18:00.

As for now, we have seen a few leaked photos and listened to some rumors concerning the Black Shark 2. We mean there is no official information revealing its look and/or key features. However, from the photos, the second-gen Black Shark 2 continues the black-green design style and changed the dual-camera module into a vertical arrangement. The fingerprint recognition module was also moved to the back.

According to the information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the screen size and size of the Black Shark 2 are not much different from the previous generation. This may mean a larger forehead and chin. This obviously does not match the current full-screen trend.

In addition, the Black Shark 2 is said to be equipped with RGB light bars on both sides, and the Black Shark’s logo also has RGB light effects. As we all know, RGB lights can improve performance by 50%. But we don’t know what kind of improvements these effects will bring to the upcoming phone.
