Xiaomi Blackshark Poster Shows A Regular Appearance

On April 13, the world’s first true gaming smartphone will release. As you know, it’s been invested by Xiaomi. That’s why, though the smartphone is designed and made by Black Shark Technology, it’s called the Xiaomi Blackshark. Earlier we have seen some sketches claiming the device will look like a handheld gaming console. But later the company’s founder and CEO said that photos shown on the net are ugly, while their product will look like other smartphones. Today, a new official poster was published showing the silhouette of the phone. It doesn’t look like a handheld.

According to the poster, the Xiaomi Blackshark will have regular rectangular shaped with rounded corners. The power button is placed on the right side. Moreover, the upper right corner has an antenna ribbon. This simply means the body will be made of metal. But whether it will be an aluminum or a stainless steel remain unknown.

Prior to this, the Xiaomi Blackshark was shown in a sketch, which confirmed the phone will use an X-shaped antenna design. Thus, the GPS/Wi-Fi, dual 4G LTE, and Wi-Fi MIMO antennas will be placed on four corners to provide a stable network connection while playing.

As for the configuration, this gaming phone is said to carry a Snapdragon 845 chip, an 8GB of RAM, an 18:9 aspect ratio screen, and a self-developed ROM. Plus, the Xiaomi Blackshark will integrate some of MIUI’s core functions, and it will be optimized for a gaming experience.

When this phone is out, it will be the second product from this line coming our way from Xiaomi. We mean earlier the manufacturer has launched the Xiaomi Gaming Laptop.
