Xiaomi Launches AMAZFIT Cor 2 at 299 Yuan
Today, on January 7, Huami Technology announced the official launch of the AMAZFIT Cor 2 smartband, priced at 299 yuan ($44).
The AMAZFIT Cor 2 comes with a built-in NFC chip, which supports bus/subway card. Users can also directly check the bus card balance on the band. It currently supports 163 cities in China. More importantly, the AMAZFIT Cor 2 sports a 1.23-inch color IPS LCD screen. Thus, you can read WeChat, QQ, and SMS directly on it and get acquainted with other news at a glance.
According to the official introduction, the AMAZFIT Cor 2 has a few touch buttons below the glass panel. They are used to unlock the screen and make other operations. Moreover, it uses a more flexible wristband material, which is dry and unconstrained. The overall width fits the human wrist comfortably.
Not only that, the AMAZFIT Cor 2 can be bound to the Mi sports app, supporting the ‘sports secondary screen’ feature. Simply turn on outdoor, indoor, cycling or walking, and lift your wrist to see all the key data in motion.
There is an ‘Exercise’ function, which can be used independently without a smartphone. The data such as exercise time, heart rate and consumption can be displayed at any time and anywhere.
What we liked more is its ability to show the playing song name as well as the current state of the song. So you can pause, play, and make other operations directly from your smartband.
At last, the AMAZFIT Cor 2 still comes with the functions of the previous generation. Thus, it can display detailed data such as the number of steps, exercise heart rate, calorie consumption, and can also record the night sleep time and analyze the quality of sleep.
