Xiaomi Mi Max 3 To Cost 1*99 Yuan

Tomorrow, on July 19, Xiaomi will officially release its largest smartphone, which also comes with the whopping 5500mAh battery. Seems we know everything about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Max 3. But one thing remains unknown. It’s the price. However, today, the manufacturer brought a hint at it.

Xiaomi Mi Max 3

This morning, the manufacturer released the latest pre-heating poster of the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 and said its price will be officially announced at 10 AM tomorrow. But it also revealed the price range. The company said the Mi Max 3 is fully upgraded, and the price will be 1__99 yuan. This simply means the minimum price of the forthcoming phone could be 1099 yuan ($163), while the maximum is 1999 yuan ($297). On the other hand, the previous generation Mi Max 2 was originally priced at 1699 yuan ($525). So there is every reason to think this new model will cost identical.

As for the features, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will continue following the same philosophy and design style of previous models and sport a 6.9-inch screen, which has a resolution of 2160×1080 (18:9) and a built-in 5500mAh battery. The back is made out of metal, using a nano-injected antenna, vertically arranged dual-camera, and a fingerprint scanner.

In terms of hardware, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will be a mid-ranger. That’s why it’s considered to be the larger variant of the Xiaomi Mi 6X. Under the hood, it will carry an octa-core 1.8GHz chip (assumed to be the Snapdragon 636), 3/4/6GB of RAM, 32/64/128GB of native storage, which can be also expanded up to 128GB via the TF card slot. An 8MP camera is on the front, and a 12MP dual-camera is on the back.
