Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro Appearance Shown in Official Posters

In a few days, on June 25, Xiaomi will launch a new smartphone known as the 1000-yuan flagship. If you guess, we are talking about the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro, which is going to be the third smartphones from the sixth generation Redmi handsets after the Xiaomi Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A. Just recently, the manufacturer published the first official photos of this handset. There are five color options, including cherry powder, sand gold, Bali blue, black stone, and flame red.

As for the appearance, it’s what we have been waiting for. The Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro uses a bangs screen and a three-stage antenna design. Plus, the camera module is placed vertically on the upper left corner, while the fingerprint scanner is in the central part.

In terms of configuration, the company hasn’t announced anything officially. But the first poster released yesterday gives several hints. So, the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro will be packed with a screen that comes with an aspect ratio of 19:9. On the top side, it has a notch. There is a wide chin on the bottom, but the borders are narrowed a lot.

Under the hood, it should carry a Snapdragon 625 chip, which is considered to be a mainstream mid-range SoC. That’s why it can be found on tons of models. On the other hand, its performance is already tested and we know the SND625 is capable of providing smooth and stable performance.

The phone will also support AI. It’s assumed the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro will come with AI voice control support like its siblings. At last, there should be a 4000mAh battery. There is every reason to think our protagonist will cost around 1000 yuan ($154).
