Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Announced For Indian Market

The best-selling smartphone of 2018 has been considered to be the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. Generally, the Redmi Note line handsets have been always performing well on the market. And when the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro was announced, everyone knew it will become a bestseller as well. But until today, this handset has not been launched in India, which is the second most important market for Xiaomi. Today, this was fixed.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a few variants. Among them, the 4+64GB is priced at 13999 rupees ($197), the 6+64GB is priced at 15999 rupees ($226), and it is available in red, black, rose gold and blue color options. It is scheduled to go on sale at 12 AM on November 23, which is the Black Friday. In terms of configuration, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro sports a 6.26-inch IPS notch screen with a resolution of 2280 x 1080, a built-in Snapdragon 636 chip, a rear 12MP (1.4μm, f/1.9) + 5MP dual-camera placed vertically, a front 20MP + 2MP selfie shooter, which supports face unlock, AI portrait, beauty 4.0, and so on.

The rest of the features of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro include a battery capacity of 4000mAh, which supports QC3.0 fast charge (MicroUSB, standard 10W charger), a headphone jack, and an infrared emission hole.

The body measurements are 157.9 x 76.4 x 8.26mm and the weight is 182g. The MIUI10 system based on Android 8.1 is pre-installed.
