Xiaomi Redmi Pro vs Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 vs Xiaomi Mi 4s

Xiaomi made a name for itself not just in the Chinese market but the international market too when it launched its first flagship the Xiaomi Mi 4. Since then Xiaomi has come a long way across. With the likes of Mi 5 and the Redmi Note Pro and quite other handy devices, Xiaomi continues to dominate the Chinese and the Asian market. We are gonna see a comparison between the 3 Xiaomi smartphones, the Xiaomi Mi 4s, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and the Xiaomi Redmi Pro. Released earlier this year the Mi 4s and the Note 3 created a buzz and the smartphone that has been in the news lately is the Xiaomi Redmi Pro. So I present to you a comparison guide between these 3 Xiaomi’s.

Let us start by taking a look at their performance. Following are the Antutu benchmark scores of the 3 phones and it can be clearly seen that  has the highest score. Despite being a good processor, the Snapdragon on the Mi 4s is still old. In terms of processing power the Redmi Pro seems to have outpowered the others. Snapdragon 808 vs the Snapdragon 617 vs the deca core Helio X25; its a hexa-core versus the deca-core core game.

Then in terms of camera, here also the Redmi Pro wins the competition being Xiaomi’s first ever phone with a dual camera setup. Its DSLR like bokeh effect makes it stand out. The Mi4s had the traditional 13MP/ 5MP camera setup and the Note 3 opted a new camera sensor with more megapixels.

The other main aspect is the design. The Redmi Note 3 and the Note Pro are quite similar in terms of design.and have a smooth back finish, full metal body and excellent craftsmanship. On the other hand the Mi 4s was a great improvement over the Mi 4 and has a great metal body too. In terms of display the Redmi Pro has the lowest ppi while Mi 4s has the highest. But this difference is not that noticeable as the Redmi Pro bears a OLED display over the normal ones.

Atlast the pricing, but as all Xiaomi phones are nearly budget phones, people’s opinions do vary over the devices. Here my verdict will be the Xiaomi Redmi Pro since it dominates the majority of the aspects.
