Huawei Honor 10 Visited TENAA: The Specs List Completely Revealed

Huawei has scheduled an event on April 19. It’s reported the manufacturer will release two Honor line products in face of the MagicBook 10 and the Huawei Honor 10. If the former one is the company’s first laptop coming our way from Honor brand, the latter is the successor of the Honor 9. Today, a lot of information leaked about this handset. But the most trustworthy of them comes from TENAA.

The Huawei Honor 10 visited TENAA with model numbers of COL-AL00/10 and TL00/10. According to the TENAA docs, the Honor 10 uses a 5.84-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2280×1080 pixels. Thus, it comes with an aspect ratio of 19:9. It’s assumed to be using a bangs screen like the iPhone X and the latest phones launched by Huawei.

The phone comes with dimensions of 149.6 × 71.2 × 7.7mm and a weight of 153 grams. So we can state thanks to the full-screen technology the Huawei Honor 10 occupies the same size as the previous-gen Honor 9 with a 5.2-inch screen.

Under the hood, it will carry an octa-core processor clocked at 2.36GHz. So we think it will be the Huawei Kirin 970 found in the previous high-end models. As for memory, it will come with a 4/6GB of RAM, 64/128GB of internal storage, and a 3320mAh battery. The software will be based on Android 8.1. The Huawei Honor 10 sports a 24MP camera on the front and a 16+24MP dual-camera on the back.

Well, all these features sound quite realistic. But what about the appearance? Unfortunately, the TENAA documents didn’t reveal its look. But some netizens have published a photo claiming it’s the upcoming Honor 10.

According to that photo, the manufacturer continues using a home button placed below the screen, and there is also a 3.5mm audio jack to connect earphones. As there is no back-mounted fingerprint scanner, there is every reason to think the home key will also adopt the fingerprint reader.

However, earlier we have heard the Huawei Honor 10 will be using a narrowed home button like the Huawei Nove 3e. So if taking into account that information, we can say this is not the awaited model. It looks like the Huawei P20.
