New Razer Product Coming on May 22: Gaming Phone or Laptop?

Today the manufacturer released a warm-up poster with a mysterious number of 144. Many geeks think it can refer to the countdown. Supposedly, there are left 4 days before the event. So with this number, maybe the company wants to say it will launch a new product in 4 days. But this sounds not plausible. So the second proposition is more trustworthy. According to it, this number refers to the refresh rate of the upcoming model’s screen. At present, the maximum refresh rate for game phones is 120Hz. If Razer launches a new mobile phone with a refresh rate of 144Hz, it will be a new breakthrough. However, this assumption is obviously more reasonable for notebooks.

Seems, Razer will launch a new gaming laptop rather than a new gaming smartphone on May 22. But this doesn’t mean we can’t think of a gaming smartphone as well. At present, Razer’s latest Blade is equipped with the seventh-generation Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor and the GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card.
