UMi is a brand lately catching consumers attention all over the world, UMi recently was famous all over the Europe when it announced the special Edition for the Soccer Cup. UMi also teased a phablet that known as the UMi MAX, well it has been made official now and is making rounds in the news, lets take a full tour of this device and see what all it has to offer :
DESIGN
The UMi Max design is actually quite premium,although it has the design of the iPhone 6 on the back, with two plastic stripes on the top and bottom, but we do have the differentiating fingerprint sensor camera and flash arrangement. On the front we have 5.5″ 2.5D curved screen,It has gone through 100 CNC cuttings, 360degree polishing, and 3D anodising & sandblasting,This level of craftsmanship is one you can appreciate the moment you hold UMi Max in your hand.
HARDWARE
It powered by the brand-new Helio P10 Octa-core processor with Cortex-A53 CPU and the ARM Mali-T860 complementing each other perfectly, resulting in undoubtfully high Antutu score. With 16GB eMMC 5.1 flash memory and a spacious 3GB RAM, you can expand the storage with 256GB microSD card, all this ensures multitasking is a breeze. UMi Max features a high colour-saturation 5.5″ 1080p Display covering 95% NTSC gamut made by SHARP, with 17% better overall colour saturation for a richer viewing experience. You also get an ultra fast 360º recognizable FingerPrint sensor from MicroArray® with Chip Level security. Further there’s a Breathing Ring LED notification on the home button.
BATTERY
With its SONY® 4000mAh high-capacity battery, the UMi Max gives you more time to call, connect, play, and watch without needing to worry about running out of power. Thanks to its highly efficient Helio P10 chip with SmartPower technology, the UMi Max sets new standards for smartphone battery life. UMi has adopted the Stack and Folding structure, thats how it was possible to fit such a huge battery still maintaining the thickness. It will give you a 32hrs of music playback, if you want to quantify it.
CAMERA
It has a Panasonic® 13MP high-speed camera, It’s blindingly quick to activate 0.3s , quick to focus 0.1s and quick to take the shot with 0s shutter lag. The camera is paired with a dual LED flash. For selfie lovers you get a 5MP camera with beauty adjustments, further you have modes like Night, Food Photography etc.
