OPPO R15’s Screen Details Known

Now you can find a full-screen handset everywhere. Any smartphone maker that wants to grab customers’ attention or not to be left behind has announced at least one phone with a full-screen design. But the true innovations come our way from top brands. In this sense, Huawei, VIVO, OPPO, and Xiaomi should show the world they deserve to be on the top of the world’s largest smartphones market. We know the Huawei P20 is going to debut at the end of this month. The same is true for the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S. Today VIVO announced a new concept phone in face of the APEX, and it is going to launch the next annual flagship on March 19. So what about OPPO. No need to worry, because this company is going to release the OPPO R15 and R15 Dream Mirror Version soon. Some details are already known.

Of course, the OPPO R15 and its advanced version will be using a full-screen. And of course, it will be a bangs screen, which is a mainstream currently. But the company has improved the screen proportion. The OPPO R15 is going to be the world’s first phone using a 6.28-inch Super-V Display full-screen with an aspect ratio of 19:8 and a screen ratio of 90%.

As we can see in the official posters, the OPPO R15 comes with narrowed borders of 1.78mm. Plus, it is using the iPhone X’s bangs screen. But the ‘bangs’ is way shorter. The height of the screen should be 2080 pixels, while the width should be 1080 pixels. The difference is obvious if comparing to the 16:9 screen’s 1920×1080 pixels matrix.

At last, the OPPO R15 is said to release on March 31.
